Portal FAQs

Your username is the email address you provided to OrthoNeuro to activate your Patient Portal account.

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive the email inviting you to our Patient Portal.  Please also check your SPAM folder and ensure you allow email from @srssoft.com and @srs-health.com.

Avoid accessing the Patient Portal Website from a smart phone or tablet. Avoid using Internet Explorer. We recommend using Chrome, FireFox, or Safari browsers.

The security questions are to ensure that you have a means to get into your account should you forget your account information. You should choose questions and answers that only you know. Once you answer the questions and create your own password, you will receive another email with a link to access your Patient Portal. Save that link / web address for all future logins.

If you have already registered, ensure you are using the link provided at the completion of the registration process. If you have not registered, but it has been over 30 days you will need to contact OrthoNeuro to reset your account.
