The only downfall to my appointment was I sat in the exam room for almost an hour before the X-ray tech came to get me to take xrays… I almost was to point of going out into hallway to say, “Hey, I’m still in this exam room…” From what I could tell, only one gal was doing xrays and she was super backlogged that day. She was wonderful, once she came to get me and did the xrays in a caring manner.
The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Dr Cheney was extremely informative regarding my surgery.
My experience with Dr. Cheney was excellent – he is knowledgeable, answered all of my questions with patience, and was also efficient and thorough – same experience with surgery. The assistants to Dr. Cheney were all good, efficient, and very patient and polite. My experience with the Olentangy location for the pre-op exam was very good – physician and all staff were cordial, efficient, and thorough.
Love the staff of Ortho Neuro. Everyone very friendly and efficient
Finally a dr that knew what I was going through
I know he would help me
Our Physical Therapy experiences here were wonderful too! The warmth and positivity of the staff helped my daughter stay motiveated to do her exercises and heal.
Very impressed with the physician and the practice. A bit of a consulated feeling with experience overall due to interactions with numerous individuals.
KJ was amazing. Dr Cheney provided me with more information about my condition in 30 minutes than what any doctor has provided to me in the past 15years.
Dr Cheney is the best! My son had surgery with him and
I saw him for my sprained ankle. He is caring, intelligent, highly skilled, and delivers great care with honesty and kindness. We think the world of him.
Dr. Cheney was very friendly and definitely had my best interest in performing a multiple stepped surgery on my foot/ankle.
Please get office closer to akron area – may be Ashland/Mansfield – I couldn’t find doctor in Cleveland/akron area that could figure out what was wrong with my toes until I saw Dr. Cheney but the 2 hour drive is tough.
Dr. Cheney and the whole staff are magnificent! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Excellent care!
I have had very good service with everything but the waiting. I ended up waiting for an hour for my appointment. The nurse and the doctor both apologized which helped. I have recommended you several times. .
Dr. LaDu, my knee surgeon, my trusted surgical physician, recommended Dr. Cheney to look at and recommend treatment and/or surgery for my heel pain, including heel spurs and Tarsal Tunnel pain. After two different treatments I can walk without pain. I am a forever patient of both Dr. Cheney and Dr. LaDu, who, by the way deserves EXCELLENT responses. His Avery Road office staff is outstanding, too.
