I can’t comment on how the other OrthoNeuro fascilities operate but if it’s anything like your New Albany team, you are all winners. What a pleasant and professional experience all the way around. Nice work.
The entire staff at this location is highly professional, attentive, and courteous. Trish Romo is exceptional in her knowledge of surgical processes and always demonstrates efficiency, caring, and genuine
concern for the welfare of the patient. Dr. Nowinski was very thorough in his diagnosis and is an example of professionalism in his field of expertise. Thank you!
Planning second (other) shoulder replacement.
The only reason I gave 5s is because the scale did not go any higher. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful and with a sense of humor during a stressful time for me.
Just to make things clear, I’m seeing 2 doctors Nowinski and Todd and both situation have been awesome.
Dr. Nowinski and his staff were excellent !! I will definitely refer anyone I know that has a shoulder issue to them!! Could not have been a better experience!!

Dr. Nowinski and Jennifer Kibbey are great! My experience with them made me feel like I was their only patient.
We recommend all our friends and family to OrthoNeuro or anyone in a doctors office you have a great team
Dr. Nowinski is an excellent Surgeon with a great bedside manor. He also takes the time to explain any and all questions concerning the patient and family.
Jennifer Kibbey, P A, is also an excellent Medical Professional. She is very caring, respectful and professional.
The OrthoNeuro Staff is an excellent group. To a person, all were helpful, polite and respectful!
Thank you all for being so knowledgeable and kind! Ernest and Judy P.
Truly a first rate hospital and staff.
Dr. Nowinski’s Nurse Practitioner was also very helpful.
To date we have recommended Dr. Nowinski to 5 of our friends resulting in 5 rotator cuff surgeries and one shoulder replacement. When they return to their community for physical therapy their physical therapist were amazed at the low level of pain these rotator cuff patients were experiencing thus enabling them to a swift and full recovery. One is very careful who they recommend to their friends and I can do this with the utmost assurance of knowledgeable and professional care by Dr. Nowinski. I will continue my ortho needs with the OrthoNeuro group of New Albany Ohio.
Definitely the best whole care facility I have ever been to
